Sesame Street Will Do A Town Hall On Back To School During Covid

In the special, muppets and kids will present three different yet recognizable school situations: Big Bird will go through a hybrid learning model, Rosita a fully remote classroom, and Elmo will be going to school in-person. Sesame Street has been an important resource for kids over the past few months, with recent specials including “The ABC’s of Covid 19: A CNN/Sesame Street Town Hall for Kids and Parents” and “Coming Together: Standing Up to Racism.” Check out the “The ABCs of Back to School, A CNN/Sesame Street Town Hall for Families” special, which will air on CNN at 10 a.m. ET on Saturday, September 12.
