Most of the American employees work in distribution warehouses. Those that have done so for more than a year are entitled to 12 weeks of parental leave and those who have done so for three years or longer are entitled to 16 weeks of parental leave. The first half of the offered leave is fully paid; the second half is paid at half of the employee’s salary. Employees can take leave all at once or incrementally. Length of paid leave, onsite childcare, and ramp-back time were the most heavily weighted ranking factors.
