For now, let’s just say this: Everyone’s theories about how Captain Marvel will tie-in with the next few Marvel movies — specifically Avengers: Endgame — aren’t quite right. But the mid-credits and post-credits scenes are awesome. Without giving away any plot details or spoiling anything about the movie, we will say that Captain Marvel has scenes both in the middle of and after the credits. This should come as no surprise for anyone familiar with the MCU, as they are largely considered responsible for popularizing the post-credits trend....

I wasn’t prepared to like Incredibles 2. As the father of a one-year-old, I was concerned that a cutesy movie about a dad who has a baby would annoy me by glossing the hard stuff or, if we’re to be honest, by depicting it accurately so I had to watch it before going home to the same sling and arrows. But Incredibles 2 gets into the hard stuff in a way that feels kind and doesn’t dwell....

Everything is not awesome.” She’s then joined by Emmett (Pratt) who—after learning that coronavirus is in fact a virus and not a series of books—introduces “the five.” Emmett explains the five simple steps kids should follow: “hands, elbow, face, space and home.” That’s washing their hands, coughing or sneezing into their elbow, not touching their face, keeping a safe distance between themselves and others, and staying home if they can....

Mario Kart Tour, as the phone version of the game is known, takes the gameplay you know and love from the console titles in the series and brings it to the de facto console you carry around in your pocket all the time. Gameplay is dead simple and fairly similar to other racing games. You simply drag your finger across the screen to steer and tap to deploy items. It’s not the most advanced Mario Kart experience out there, but it’s definitely the most convenient way to launch a blue shell on the go....

The Nerf LMTD Star Wars: The Mandalorian Aman Phase-pulse blaster is a study in extremes. It’s extremely long, at 50.25 inches and a 1:1 scale, and extremely faithful to its onscreen inspiration. The on-board speaker makes series-accurate blaster sounds and there’s an electronic scope with an illuminated lens just like the one Mando often pulls off the weapon to use when looking out some potentially perilous terrain. And of course, the double-pronged tip, crescent-shaped wood-textured stock, battle wear details, and gold-colored vacuum-metalized details make it look a lot like the rifle seen on the show....
