Way back in 2016, during Captain America: Civil War, the Team Cap faction of the Avengers were briefly confronted by Agent Sharon Carter (Emily VanCamp) the great-niece of Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell); Cap’s true love from the 1940s. Now, in the new trailer for Falcon and Winter Soldier, we see Sharon catch-up with Bucky and Sam, saying “here we go again.” So far, Sharon has only appeared in Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Captain America: Civil War....

But despite its outsized place in Beatles history and lore, the complete 42-minute performance has never been released. Thankfully, Peter Jackson is about to change that, to the delight of Beatlemaniacs everywhere. Jackson is putting together The Beatles: Get Back, a documentary assembled from 55 hours of footage shot by Michael Lindsay-Hogg for the Let It Be film and 140 hours of recordings from the Let It Be album sessions....

It’s a fair question. After all, the John Wick franchise has managed to become an unexpected cultural phenomenon that is currently the biggest action series outside of the Fast & Furious (which, to be fair, is closer to a superhero franchise than action at this point). Plus, based on its title, you likely deduced that John Wick: Chapter 3 is in fact, the third John Wick movie, so a sequel wouldn’t exactly be a shock....

The CW announced on Tuesday that a “supersized, adult version” of Legends of the Hidden Temple is currently in development and will retain much of the original DNA of the original series while also adding a few new wrinkles. Here is what we know so far. In case you didn’t see the original Legends of the Hidden Temple when it aired, it was an action-adventure competition game show on Nickelodeon from 1993 to 1995 that featured kids competing in three rounds of mental and physical tasks, including swimming, trivia, and the legendary Temple Run....

Deadline reports that Barry Jenkins, who won the adapted screenplay Oscar for Best Picture-winner Moonlight, which he also directed, is on board to direct the follow-up to the 2019 blockbuster. His other credits include If Beale Street Could Talk and upcoming projects based on Colson Whitehead‘s The Underground Railroad and a biopic of dancer Alvin Ailey. “Helping my sister raise two young boys during the ’90s, I grew up with these characters,” Jenkins said of Simba, Mufasa, Scar, Zazu, and the gang....

The earliest trailers for the 2002 film Spider-Man showed the titular web-slinger catching a helicopter in a giant net spun between the two towers of the World Trade Center. Obviously, even though the now-classic film hit theaters in 2002, the Sam Raimi-directed flick was filmed before the events of 9/11. The scene was apparently never meant to be the movie, but in the final cut, we still do see some shots of the twin towers in the background....

The subject matter is a great fit for director Judd Apatow, who gets to revisit his favorite topics: men struggling with adulthood, tragedy begetting comedy, emotionally fraught relationships. But this is unquestionably Pete Davidson’s movie. Davidson stars as Scott, an aspiring tattoo artist who’s been stuck scarred by the death of his firefighter dad in the line of duty. His sister goes off to college, leaving Scott at home under the pretense of loyalty to his mom when he actually spends his time smoking weed with his friends and giving them terrible tattoos....

As a culture, by and large we’ve learned to embrace grey hair by abandoning negative age-related connotations and letting nature take its course, which is great. Less work, easy daily routine.
